Aldon – Breccia Capraia

This version has been carved in Breccia Capraia, a marble from the Apuan Alps in Tuscany. It is a well renown marble, which has been appreciated for its striking purple and grey veins for centuries. It was used extensively in the palaces in around Florence and Sienna as well as in the rest of Italy.
